Today I attended the Robina store to exchange a purchase made at Sydney airport the day before I was greeted by Sofija .Immediatly I felt comfortable and eager to find a replacement garment. My mother has just come from Robina. Went specifically to go to the Blue Illusion store. The service was non existent and the service staff rude, ignorant and derogatory in there tone
