Staff member was friendly to begin with but when I had asked what the price of a shoe was he told me made it sound as if it was a bargain but I said “that’s not cheap, it’s always cheaper then that online” His attitude then became hostile because he knew he wasn’t going to make a sale. I would hope staff will learn from my review and be friendly no matter what because it’s good customer service that makes us want to come back and pay these highly marked up prices.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was attended to immediately when I walked in and the staff member I forget her name kept getting shoes for me to try on without making me feel like a nuisance. The particular release I was after was not at this store so she offered to look up other branches nearby for me. Great customer service.
head office dont have contact details to contact for assistance when the store manager does not know how to credit my note. Ive tried to use my credit note 3 times this year. Its about to expire now. I will try one more time by writting tiresome emails. Regards Sher and family
Was served by Bayley hope that's the correct spelling at Robina store. He went above and beyond for me even though he wasn't able to supply me with the exact shoes I wanted. Well done!!
I had a really great experience with these guys, both of their stores actually, could not fault their customer service and positivity.
Wow what a waste of time, Staff here are not trained with customer service at all. Ask a question for size and given a rude dont habe that size.. Corporation business poorly run.. Area manager not training managers, Managers not training staff.. Spend money else where online.
They had the shoes I was looking for whereas City Beach didn't.
