Amazing shop for good quality, comfortable shoes. The staff at Robina Town centre are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get what you went in for, I ended up buying 3 pairs today Highly recommend.
Amazing service from Sharon at the Robina town centre store this morning. She went above and beyond normal service. I purchased 2 pairs of Skechers, however one item was not stock. Sharon organised the pair out of stock to be ordered and to be delivered to my home address. I would have normally gone home and ordered online myself but it was no hassle for her to do it for me. This is in the middle of the Black Friday sales also. Service like this just doesn’t happen anymore. Normal response these days is sorry we don’t have any. Thank you Sharon!
My husband had a very bad experience today. Sales women was not friendly. He asked her to get shoes for my son and she was not very happy to look for size. She bought one size and started claiming that’s the right size when there is no much gap between big toe and end of shoe. When he asked her to get the next size she showed her refusal and eventually went with murmuring.
Saturday 17/09/2022 I waited & waited for assistance .. finally joined the queue to the check-out & said what I wanted .. the staff member came over to the display & said “we have those, those, and those down there .. i’m going to help some other people now” .. I wanted to buy 2 pair of joggers but needed to try them on in my size .. again I waited and waited .. another staff member came and said “are you right mate?” I said “I’ve been waiting for some help” She snapped “There’s people everywhere mate, you’ve gotta put your hand up and say what you want” rather than bother explaining to her with that attitude that i’d already done that .. I just said “I’ll go somewhere else then” & walked out. I’ll never shop at ANY Skechers store from this point on.
The worst customer service I have experienced! The two sales assistants in there on the weekend 12/06/22 were unhelpful and rude! I had an issue with a pair of shoes purchased only 6 months ago, the lady did not want to help me at all. I went straight over to Hype where the customer service was amazing and I purchased a new pair of Nikes.
Just ok, never having never owned Skechers shoes, but a friend thoroughly recommended I try them. Ok go into shop, yep they were busy, 2 staff, 2 customers...... I waited as you cant try on without the correct size...10 minutes later one customer purchased and left the store....me still standing around waiting. The staff member rather than come ask,if she could help, stood and ignored me and went looking a shoes on the shelf....what the? Yep I walked out. Went around the entire centre, looking for something similar, either cheap and nasty or full on runners. I really didnt want to buy these and went back, another sales assistant yep got me my size, yep kindof talked me through are they ok and walked away. Ummmmm...no one else in the store how hard is it to converse with customers. Well I needed a nice comfy pair of easy to slip on winter shoes, no laces to do up...they have that market captured, so understand why customer service may not seem impotant. The only reason i gave two stars is I was lucky to be there the day they were on special... I agree with some of the other comments here regarding lack of service standards.
The store was busy and so were the staff, I picked out a pair of shoes that I wanted to try on for size, I took a seat to waited for staff to be free and out of nowhere turned up a staff member asking if she could help. She was more then helpful with not only my shoes but also my partners. We were well looked after at Sketchers Robina and a big thank you to them especially since the store was busy and we didn't feel like the staff were trying to hurry us up in any way. A big thank you especially since some stores these days along with their staff couldn't be bothered serving customers and u have to go looking for staff and ask for help.
I had an excellent experience picking a pair of work shoes with Jessica. She was very nice, and patient with all of my questions. I’m loving the shoes she recommended.
Sketchers has always been my first choice as running shoes however last month I went to buy a new shoes at Harbour Town store and, after wearing a couple of times the shoes started to collapse which affected my ankles. I went back to harbour town store and i experienced shocking customer service from the staff. I was so disappointed they didn't want to help in relation to this. I made a couple of complaints which seemed to not make any difference. However when I expressed my disappointment on a number of occasion, Ellie from customer care contacted me and listened to my concerns and put me in touch with Emily who is the regional manager and she organised for me to be able to exchange the shoes at the Robina Store. I went there and spoke to Catarina and i experienced such a difference in customer service. What a sweet and friendly lady, nothing was an issue for her to help me. Hands down the best customer service i have experienced. Well done Ellie, Emily and Catarina for assisting me that's what I can call excellent customer service. From now on Robina Store will be my first choice.
I was served by Jessica very helpful and pleasant young lady l changing a pair of sketchers that I bought on line she sorted everything out very nice experience, very pleased
