I’ve been very disappointed with this store. The first time I went in knowing what I wanted and was talked into buying an inferior product. The shoes fell apart in under 6 months. 
The second time I went in determined to buy the shoes I had originally wanted. The staff member on duty tried to sell me a larger size, tried to say that was how my foot measured, then was forced to admit they were sold out of my size when I observed they didn’t fit! 
Also when I told her about my previous negative experience there was no indication that she might care. 
I have had great experience at other Athlete’s foot stores, but the staff at Robina definitely need re-training.

Excellent store with great staff and Management. I had made a complaint and I was wrong! (asking for 1 year old internet price on a product that was an end of line run out) and the sore refunded me even though they were not obliged too. Lovely staff - great product knowledge and A1+ customer service - Highly recommend. Thank you Robina Athletes foot team. I love my well fitted walking shoes and will return when I need a new pair. Thank you.

Just been served by a very pleasant and helpful assistant to fit some running shoes for my wife.  Very knowledgeable and helpful.  Will be going back again..
