One of Australias biggest departmentstores , this one in Robina is not so big , but my favourite! The selection of what they have , great service and its easy to get an overview.

Sharon in the lingerie department is a gem Needed a specialist fitting after breast surgery and after a horrible experience at David Jones Robina I was hesitant to try another store . But Sharon was amazing , she actually came into the cubicle and properly assessed what I needed and then showed me a few bras ,adjusted them and reviewed if they were the best for me ... straight away the first two were perfect ! Her caring attitude, expertise and sunny disposition made this a enjoyable experience and I feel more confident and happy within myself with how I now look ! I was so impressed with Sharon I found the store manager and sung her praise ! Thank you

Are you classy and stylishly dressed? Myer is an Aussie staple and loved by classy ladies wherever they are. I was purchasing Estée Lauder perfume for my mother and was pleasantly impressed the gift with purchase that was on offer. The freebie little kit was worth over $200! Limited availability with purchases of $75 or more. What a great deal, thank you come again.

Has everything you need in a Myer store 2 levels with everything you may need. Store is clean and tidy and easy access to carparks and other parts of the shopping centre. While there are scents at some entrances these are not overpowering and easy on the nose.

Usually I have a really positive experience at Myers but today I went to pick up a package at the baby section and some woman tries to push in front of me in the queue even though I had been standing there for some time. The server woman is about to push me aside and get involved with the rude woman instead of asking her to give her a moment because she is busy helping me. I had reprimand her to wait her turn. Imagine such rude behaviour that a stranger has to ask you to back off. Then the server is focusing on her instead of me, the first person in the queue. That was the first time a server in Myers has been so blatant with me. Creepy people yuck.

Good sized store, plenty of stock. The only problem is trying to find someone to serve you.

Ladies fashion has become boring! Some staff need more training. Some items of clothing we purchased still had the security tags attached when we left the store! We went back as we were beeped and some were removed. However, we came home and one was still attached. A bother for us to return to have it removed as we live k’s away.

I went in to return a faulty Dyson product and I dealt with three of the worst people I have met in retail. The first woman couldn’t work the technology so she called this dinosaur called Linda who was the floor manager and she was rude and arrogant. She then called the assistant manager Chris Pino. He was limp wristed and absolutely useless. I asked for the details of the store so I could lodge a matter with QCAT and he said he had no obligation to give me any details. I then asked what he would do about the rude staff and he said it was me that was rude. Little did he know all interactions were recorded on my phone. He went even paler when I told him. They are available to hear on YouTube. Some people better start updating their CV’s. QCAT will be fun as will the formal complaint with recorded interactions to Myer head office.

Website says you open at 8am. It’s after 8…. There is about 20 people standing out the front of your Robina store and no one is inside, no lights on and no one answering the phone?

No customer service whatsoever in myer make up department..waited for 10 minutes today while one staff member fiddled with till...walked out and bought at David Jones.
