Dropped my Google Pixel Buds on a Saturday for warranty repair or replacement. They were quick, nice and efficient to submit a report. Store clerk said it usually takes 3-5 business days for it to come back. It's been 3 weeks now with no reply or update. Went in person to check and ask. They couldn't give me a straight answer or a reason. Very poor service and no transparency. Still have no update.
I went into the store 2 weeks ago and signed up for 15 new plans. 5 were activated during the 1-2 hr store visit with the balance of 10 to be activated over the next 1-2 business days. I was feeling great. 2 weeks later, nothing has been done, no one seems to be able to help. I've called twice today, explained the situation, and the best they can offer is to book in again sometime next week to see if it can be resolved. When I said in that case I'd just have to cancel, the lady agreed and hung up. Absolutely dismal customer service.
Thank you to Kevin, Taylor and Jess, who have all gone above and beyond to turn a frown upside down. No problem is too big for you to solve. You are all magicians! And I really appreciate the effort. Not often that can be said about telecommunications staff, but you guys, are amazing. And I will always think highly of you. Go and see the team at Robina!
Was on the phone to Telstra and it seemed to be such a problem to split my account with another person. However, Matthew working the Saturday arvo shift made it so easy. Went through the app, explained what it meant and then gave advice on how to do it quickly. After a 3 hour conversation, a 3 minute conversation with Matthew made everything right. This is why you pay for Telstra!
Been a Telstra customer for 20 years, recently ordered new phone online made sure to log in to my account before ordering, but even after that they sent me an email saying I have to come to a Telstra shop to identify myself, bringing my id and 100 point verification. Why!? It's beyond my comprehension, I'm not signing up for a new service, just ordering a new handset. Anyway l... Came down here Saturday first thing in the morning: sorry we have a 2:30hr wait or you can comeback tomorrow...So came back today: sorry we can't see you right now... we are closing in 50 minutes... 2 customers in the shop 4 staff, you can comeback tomorrow... yeah sure I have nothing else to do and I love driving back to the store 3x to show you the same documents I've shown you before. What a waste of time these guys are! Just feels like they don't care because they are not getting a commission from my purchase done online, I bet if I wanted to walk in and buy something the story would be different. Welcome to Hellstra
Worst worst worst experience ever . i wanted to change the ownership of my sim . 1 st Visit Got in one day , Jessica attended me , she took her time , thought jobs done , told me it will be done in 3 working days . Waited for one week , nothing happened . waited for 2 , then 3 weeks , then 4 weeks , nothing happened . called telstra helpline as well . 2 nd Visit Again came to the shop , told by the same lady jessica that the whole process got cancelled on its own , wow . have to do it again . she took her time again . told me it will be done this time . fingers crossed . nothing happened . again more then a month passed by , nothing . 3 rd visit Told me they are busy - Cant help 4 th Visit went again to this shop / franchise , third time is the lucky charm they say , this visit was 3+ 1 ,,, again went through the same process .after a week , good news it happened this time they told me … BUT . you have to come again with your partner / wife , for verification again . 5 th Visit Here we are after more then 3 to 4 months for a job that imho was nt that difficult of a deal , repeated visits , verifications , repeated verifications , waiting ,,, i guess they can do better then this . its what they are here for solving our problems rather then making them more difficult and painful . i wish it was more easier , i wish this staff could have been more helpful . This guy DAVE tells me its done , all working now . next day day Sim does not work . Update : Next day … Sim does not work . it says you cant make any calls , contact service provider . Despite the fact that this guy DAVE told me everything is done , all good to go , Sim does not work , i cant make any calls ,,, and this i found out the next day when i needed the phone to make a call . So we are again back to zero . phone does not work and i have to go again visit the franchise . 6 th Visit Jessica attends me this time i was there for 1 and a half hour , yes sir . she kept on attending everyone coming to the shop . i was told to wait again n again . i was told ‘“ as of this moment they have no clue whats happening “”, why my sim is not working . “” well then who knows . i came here to get help from you guys , and if you dont know your stuff then who does . Finally its done . Sims working . it took more then 3 to 4 months , more then 5 to 6 visits to this franchise alone , lets see if its working tomorrow morning or i am in for another surprise . worst experience ever

Kevin went "above and beyond" to fix my Oppo phone after I downloaded a "rogue" app. I am glad I've been with Telecom/Telstra for 53 years.
Today my partner and I where greeted by the rudest and judgmental staff members at this shop today we got treated like dirt and judged by 2 male staff members all we wanted to do was add another iPhone to my partners account for personal reasons for her work a iPhone 13 pro max which we got at the end the service was very rude and disgusting my partner and I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected and while I was gone from the shop my partner was questioned and lied to on a plan they don’t care about costumer service and how they treat costumers don’t go to this shop unless you want to be discriminated against and done at now my partner is stuck with a plan and a phone for 24 months with she didn’t want because she got focused to sign the contract plan.
Just had dealings with Matt at your store. Extremely rude and disrespectful.
