I'm new to Robina and had been looking for a health store to purchase my vitamins. I went to Just Healthy and felt immediately at ease! Ben was fantastic in helping me and showing me where the products were. They were all competitively priced too. For a friendly and welcoming experience with amazing products, I would highly recommend going to Just Healthy :-

Popped into Just Healthy and was pleasantly surprised to find such an amazing range of natural and organic makeup and several brands made in Australia which is awesome. The team were super helpful with answering my questions and let me try testers to decide the colours I was after. Thrilled with my purchase. Found exactly what I was after. Thanks!

I’ve been coming to just healthy for years and absolutely love Rebecca and the team. I just had to share my recent experience because I am over the moon. One quick visit and good advice solved ongoing issues with both my daughters. And saved me lots of dollars. For one I was looking at all the expensive gut health protocols and tablets and was suggested to start back to basics with something  for under $25 and has been better than I could of expected. The other I’ve spent so much on supplements and shampoos galore to help thicken and grow my daughters hair. And finally have amazing results after a month  with hair strong as rope. Can’t thank you enough for your time and knowledge.

I have spent literally ten of thousands of dollars at this store over the years as I am a registered midwife and use many of their oils, diffusers, candles, products, supplements, salt lamps etc in my line of work. And I have recommended their stock to countless women. I also believe in raising my teenage children with a holistic view of health and have always purchased reusable menstrual products, make up, natural deodorant etc from this store for my family. Today, Sunday 29th May, I went into the store with my teenage daughter to browse. I spent $140 on an essential oil, makeup and some underwear, and the whole time I was followed around by a gentleman - store owner?.. So closely he made me incredibly uncomfortable, clearly he was watching us for shoplifting. Perhaps today we didn’t ‘look the part’ with what we wear wearing. Even my 15 y.o. daughter said to me after we left “that man kept watching us, didn’t he mum? Did he think we would steal something? We’re the last ones on earth that would ever steal anything!!” I’m sincerely sorry sir if you have a problem with walking stock, it is horrible for any small business to have to cope with this, but today your radar was way off and your surveillance is certainly not subtle. You made us so feel so unwelcome we will never be back, and that is a sad loss for your business. Please think through your behaviour next time and how it is perceived. I wish you and your business well, but I certainly don’t want myself or my family to go through that experience again.

I love supporting small businesses and moreover, I love health stores. BUT, when you pay $25 for a kids medication that you realise later that costs everywhere else between $13 - max. $18 you kind of feel very disappointed. I will not come back or recommend this store.

This place is my go too! Love the products, but love the staff more. It’s hard to find grateful customers in this world today… 5 star for me.xx

I went to this store about a month ago. I discussed in detail my issues with Rebecca the owner. Not only did I find her to be genuinely interested but very helpful. I have tried her products and found them to work for me. Although it is a long drive from where I live I would definitely take the time to go back and buy products from her shop. There is also a naturopath there on certain days. The shop is very comprehensive and within a big shopping centre. Parking is easy.

This one star review is not indicative of the actual store, nor of their products or the staff, but rather the naturopath, Dierdra Parkinson, the Naturopath who works under their banner. Back in April/May, I went to see Ms Parkinson as she came highly recommended from a staff member of Just-Healthy.  Ms Parkinson suggested a plethora of blood tests which she then wanted me to send to her so she could review the results - which I did on 31 May.  My consult and the extremely expensive products, one of which tasted so bad, I had to throw it out after several attempts, cost me $400!  The other products produced absolutely no change in anything.  After sending my results to Ms Parkinson care of Just-Healthy, I received no call back or contact of any kind.  I then called about three weeks' later to follow up...again, but still no contact.  The member of staff asked me if I'd like to make another appointment, to which I replied "no", as I would like to speak to her first regarding her review of my blood tests. I have not heard a thing back.  These were confidential blood tests that have now disappeared into the ether.  This visit was a complete waste of time and lots of money oh, I had to pay for the blood tests too as the items were not covered by Medicare.  I feel completely ripped off, and Just Healthy management should have ensured that Ms Parkinson offer a bona fide service for the services they are providing and charging handsomely in their store.

The service and range here is amazing.  Rebecca and her team are truly caring and full of knowledge.  The best health food shop on the coast.  Today I needed something that only they stocked and I live 45mins away after leaving the area I went for a visit and was welcomed and cared for.  Rebecca was full of knowledge to get me exactly the best products for the moment.  I was reminded again why this is my favourite health food shop.  Thank you Rebecca.
