I had such a wonderful experience with Tracy at Chanel in Myer at Pacific Fair. She was incredibly kind and attentive. I purchased a perfume, and she wrapped it so beautifully—it really made the whole experience feel special.nnI would love to come back and buy more because of her service. I’ve honestly never met such a friendly and thoughtful staff member before.
The customer service was and always has been amazing, Lara 2 served me and showed me everything I asked. Perfect recommendations and great knowledge on Goldfield and banks, when I made my purchase I got so many samples 10/10 expirience.
Myer is always a great place to shop. The store is clean, well organised, and offers a wide range of different brands, which makes it easy to find what you need.nnI bought some products from Jurlique, and the staff were kind, helpful, and very polite.nEvery time I visit Myer, I have a pleasant experience, the staff are always friendly and ready to assist.
Had a great experience today at Myer Pacific Fair, Gold Coast. I’ve visited Myer stores across Australia hundreds of times and always found the staff down-to-earth, but today Mr. Reza really stood out. He is a genuinely kind and approachable person who provided exceptional customer service. Even though the shoes were on sale, he made every possible effort to find the right sizes for us. Truly appreciated his dedication and positive attitude. Wishing you all the best, Reza!
I wanted to hold an item in store for collection. I spoke with Mary from luggage and electronic department. Mary was so helpful and so kind. I attempted to pay over the phone using a gift card but that payment method wouldn’t accept it. I was happy to come into the store to collect. But I was overly impressed with the customer service Mary provided. As said she was kind, very helpful and did everything to accommodate the attempt sale. Mary should be commended on her acceptional customer service.
