Myer

Myer is always good for one stop shopping. Have shopped in this Myer many times, especially for gifts, clothing, footwear and Christmas shopping. I generally buy all that I need in the one trip. Have also enjoyed browsing around here for hours with friends on our girlie shopping days out. This is a well stocked, well appointed store. The staff are always friendly and helpful

Myer has changed for the better, customer service is much much better than 12 months ago, the bathrooms are extremely clean and the are offering free samples of high quality men's fragrances, congratulations Myer for being a great department store.

Myers, what on earth is going on in your change rooms? They're far too hot. The lights you have put in there cook you while you're trying on clothes. I don't know about you but I don't like to be covered in sweat trying on a $300 dress. This is a known issue and you've done nothing to rectify it. Fix yourself.

Myer please fix the RIDICULOUS PHONE OPERATOR PROBLEM: When I phone Myer to speak to a particular department, I am directed to choose a correlating number to the department I want to speak to. Firstly the lingerie dept does not have a # to choose from, secondly I had to wait 10 mins to speak to an operator to connect me.WAKE UP MYERS, call centres are a big NO, NO.
