Myer is always a great place to shop. The store is clean, well organised, and offers a wide range of different brands, which makes it easy to find what you need.nnI bought some products from Jurlique, and the staff were kind, helpful, and very polite.nEvery time I visit Myer, I have a pleasant experience, the staff are always friendly and ready to assist.
I have shopped at Myer physical stores for years and recently 1/11/2025 I decided to shop online for convenience, or so I thought.nThere are a couple of unpleasant experiences I have had recently at Myer in store and online.nI try to be positive but enough is enough.nnFirstly, I shopped at Myer Pacific Fair on 25th October 2025 and spent in one transaction almost $500 after all discount at the time. The transaction at the register was processed by a couple of sales assistants who seemed less than interested in serving me but all the clothing I had bought were put in a Christmas Myer bag which I thought was lovely since Myer always charges for bags. Naturally, I thought the bag was given to me for free since I had spent almost $500 and I wasn't asked if I wanted one. To my disappointment I discovered on my receipt later that in fact I was charged for the bag, I just wasn't asked if I wanted one.nnSecondly, I spent over $600 on 1/11/2025 online and when part of my order came I needed to exchange a size. I went to Pacific Fair store, found the department I needed to exchange the item and was told I need to go to a desk downstairs to make an exchange as they no longer exchange in relevant departments. Whilst in store that day, I decided to check on the size of shoes I bought online, I couldn't find anyone to help me until I noticed a lady bending down on the ground working on signage in Nine West department. She was less than impressed when I politely asked her for help. Her attitude towards me was less than pleasant.nnAlso, my online order was split and I am still waiting for the remaining part of it 17 days later and when I tracked the delivery it seems it might be another 3 days before I will finally receive my order.nnTo say that I am very disappointed with Myer Pacific Fair and Myer Online overall service is an understatement!
Had the most amazing experience yesterday. I recently had foot surgery and had to get some shopping at Myer done. I was in a lot of pain and sat down for awhile. An amazing shop assistant, Brooke noticed me and asked if I was okay and if she could help me with anything. I had a pile if items I was working myself up to wait in queue for. She took care of it all, packaged it up and I was able to then pay and leave the store. She could not have been more LOVELY and helpful. Thank you Brooke!! You were my ANGEL yesterday. You are a credit to the Myer name!!
We went in to buy shoes and a dress for my wife. Spent a very long time there going through every section the store segregates by brand, and we were disappointed at the lack of variety, not finding what we were looking for and leaving empty handed. If you have lots of different brands but they all have the same style & colours, there's actually surprisingly little selection, but it takes a very long time to work through it all. I've often thought that it would be so sensible to segregate by size, so if someone is a size 8 for example, they can see all the size 8 clothing in one section. Perhaps that's too logical...
My daughter and I received outstanding customer service from Dana with Dinner sets today in store. We cannot rate Dana highly enough, she greeted us with a big smile and brilliant energy. Dana could see we were looking for certain items and walked towards us with what we wanted on a restock trolley. She then engaged in a fantastic interaction, with her taking our purchases to the register for us and found a sales person to put it through. Thank you for the exceptional experience, we are extremely happy, Myer Pacific Fair is very lucky to have you.
