Myer is always a great place to shop. The store is clean, well organised, and offers a wide range of different brands, which makes it easy to find what you need.nnI bought some products from Jurlique, and the staff were kind, helpful, and very polite.nEvery time I visit Myer, I have a pleasant experience, the staff are always friendly and ready to assist.
Had the most amazing experience yesterday. I recently had foot surgery and had to get some shopping at Myer done. I was in a lot of pain and sat down for awhile. An amazing shop assistant, Brooke noticed me and asked if I was okay and if she could help me with anything. I had a pile if items I was working myself up to wait in queue for. She took care of it all, packaged it up and I was able to then pay and leave the store. She could not have been more LOVELY and helpful. Thank you Brooke!! You were my ANGEL yesterday. You are a credit to the Myer name!!
My daughter and I received outstanding customer service from Dana with Dinner sets today in store. We cannot rate Dana highly enough, she greeted us with a big smile and brilliant energy. Dana could see we were looking for certain items and walked towards us with what we wanted on a restock trolley. She then engaged in a fantastic interaction, with her taking our purchases to the register for us and found a sales person to put it through. Thank you for the exceptional experience, we are extremely happy, Myer Pacific Fair is very lucky to have you.
Myer is on the southeastern corner of the shopping centre and has a total of three floors. Cosmetics on GF, clothes on 1F, and home goods and kids section on 2F.nMost of the clothes are expensive except for the toys and barely at moderate prices even after the discounts.
Happy Birthday to the lovely gentleman that works at Myer Pacific Fair !nCorey is always so sweet with every customer, made my kids laugh and entertain them for few minutes so I could try my shoes and still kept his professionalism.nSeriously, I think he is a gem and today is his birthday so I decided to leave a good review to thank him for his amazing customer service and his amazing attitude!nThank you!nMy pink dress finally found the right shoes for it
