Did you know we offer a full cafe menu with breakfast and lunch cooked to order! Whether it be a Big Brekky, a Fresh Salad or Gourmet Burger with Chips we have something for you.

If you are in need of a cake we have the perfect one for any occasion and can customise to order with edible images and chocolate plaques.

One of the things we are most well known for is our award winning espresso blend. Our customers don’t come for ‘A’ coffee, they come for ‘Our’ coffee.

This place used to have a variety of available choices in the cabinet then these became almost non-existent. One staff member tried his best but I am afraid that despite his best service it was his personal appearance that would have turned many off. Long greasy hair to shoulders which always looked like it needed washing topped off with a well worn grubby hat. "Baristas" no heed to order details. When I want a flat white with no froth written on the order as "Dead Flat"and I get a lukewarm mug with 2.5cm of froth nearly EVERY TIME (once a week for years) and send it back to be redone 8 times out of ten, you would think they would see my red flag Staff seemed unsupervised and while I went there for the coffee flavour and closeness to my doctor it was awful having to be in the position of asking for the coffee to be fixed all the time. I agree with another reviewer that the gluten free bread slices were thin and very small so an extra 2 dollars was a rip off. Everywhere else is a dollar more. A good operator should be found soon to reopen as it is the only coffee shop in that section near the banks. Obviously other customers walked away when there were new options. I went to The Kitchen one day to a new cafe and had an almost identical order for around 9 dollars as compared to $13.50 and not as fresh or well presented at Michele's. Sorry to see it closed but it is time a new well organized operator is found.

Shocking!! Service is really bad! Have to wait inline for ages because only one person serving! In a tiny counter space , not inviting at all ! The old one was sooo much better! Don't they notice how many people walk away because they are waiting in line soooo long

Bring back the old owners! Its day 2 of the relaunch and the queues are miles long because of the inefficieny of staff, the staff discount is gone so now I know what other people feel like paying too much for average food. The coffee is still just as good but I ordered a "breakfast toastie" which was anything but toasted and the staff didn't even have the sense to cut it in half so it could actually be eaten. They've lost a loyal customer!

I stop here most mornings to get a coffee, and the service is always fast and friendly. Coffee is fantastic too!

As a long time customer of this coffee shop, I am so so disappointed in the lack of service I received this morning. I ordered my usual regular flat white coffee at 9.12 am, but did not receive it until 9.38 am, some 24 minutes later. I was not the only one either, as I was in a queue of waiting customers. In fact the lady in front of me went to get her money back as she was late for an appointment, as was I. I will vote with my feet and not go there again, as fortunately they are not the only coffee shop in the shopping centre. Shame, it used to be so good with the previous operators.
