The Good Guys Robina

Went into the local Good Guys to buy some white goods with my granddaughter. The service was amazing, I was greeted with a smile and the team could not do enough to make our shopping experience fun. Great prices, great store, sales team were knowledgeable and delivery the next day! Thank you Good Guys Robina

Great new location with ample parking. Was exceptionally well looked after by Barry who had a vast knowledge a variety of products across the Good Guys range. No fuss.... no BS... not trying to sell you something you don't want.... to the point and signed sealed and (waiting on) delivery in no time at all! Good to see customer service is not dead! Thanks Barry!

Just came in looking to ask some questions about Dishwasher brands and quality. Met Richard who was extremely helpful!!! Really enjoyed my time and ended up buying myself a new blender. I will be back!!!

Went in to get a milk frother and left with a nespresso which comes with the frother! The awesome nespresso rep (Claire) was so knowledgeable and made me a fantastic coffee to enjoy while she talked me through their products. She didn't try to talk me into anything out of my price range or sell me anything I didn't need. The machine is great and we even got a $40 coffee credit with it! Very happy with the machine and would definitely recommend the staff at the good guys as well as Claire the Nespresso rep.
