Nick Scali’s Warranty repair didn’t last 2 months with spring and screws falling out of recliner. Very disappointing. NO NAME BRANDS last longer then Nick Scali. A $4000 Nick Scali couch requires replacement after 4yrs. Poor customer service. Poor quality No recommendations here. Order No. Q101976 NICK SCALI RESPONSE “We don’t warrant our repairs from the day they were fixed”.
Went into the store late one afternoon and ordered almost a whole house worth of furniture- great customer service and when delivery wasn’t coming when it was due the store sorted it out. My lounge arrived a month early than expected and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of all the furniture. Highly recommend the Robina store.
Very poor customer service. They do not value their customers. Why is an aussie company not allowing customers to call a store directly? Calls go to Philippines then they email the store. I had to drive to.my store to ask a question about my order. Also they refuse to take your packaging away after delivery. I was left with a trailer load I had to stuff in my household bin for weeks. I would not shop there again. Love the lounges though
The only furniture store I have come across who doesn’t take delivery boxes back for disposal. I never said that I wasn't informed. I was informed that I need to take care of boxes but look at the size of boxes and recycle bins of council. Have a hard look at the photo, there is a recycle bin in the photo as well. I don't want to even discuss the size of the car and how I had to manage and make so many rounds to council rubbish dump yard. Just like safety of your team members, it will be great if this issue from customers safety point of view is also considered. I just wanted to flag the issue and mention that it's not ok to just leave customers this way.
Extremely poor quality and customer service. Buyers beware you will not get what you paid for. Even if something is in stock. We are left 1000s of dollars in debt needing to replace faulty items. Nick Scali will not take any responsibility for anything they processed or organised. I will be telling all my business owner friends, family and clients to never use Nick Scali after the appalling service we have received.
Wish I could have given a better review as staff in the store were friendly and helpful when they had the time to serve you, seems like the store was understaffed for the demand. Ordered a rather expensive lounge in January and told it would be approx 8-12 weeks due to "supply issues" which was understandable with everything happening. Delivery was coming up with no updates so decided to contact through the website only to get a condescending reply from the support team. Eventually got notification of delivery 6 months later! Delivery did not go as planned, paid balance as per asked. Tried to call and enquire on delivery status as did not arrive during the time advised, waited on hold to speak to someone only to then get a "we are closed" message which was during business hours. All in all happy with the purchase but rather disappointed with the service and in all honesty would not really purchase from Nick Scali again based on the lack of service. Seems they were very happy to sell a product however no care given once the sale is made.
Purchased the accident cover and tried to use it to fix our couch. Nick Scali sent out a cleaner who could not get the stain out and that was it the couch is not repaired waste of time purchasing accident cover.
Avoid this place! As you can see from a large number of reviews, everyone is being promised delivery dates and being lied to. We put a big deposit in December 2021 and we were given a 14-18 weeks delivery time frame, which has expired a month ago. I've been going there and calling since, and every week they say that it'll be delivered the following week, and so on. The covid excuse has expired and this needs to stop! The sales person told me that the lounge has arrived at the wharf, and the delay is caused due to staff shortage. Too bad, hire more staff then. You are happy to continue to sell your products to people, knowing that your delivery time frames are not been met, this is absolutely wrong! I am tired of chasing this, I don't get updates from anyone, and when I call I'm told AGAIN that it's delayed to the following week. We are waiting...
DO NOT buy leather lounges from these people. Many years ago I worked in furniture, in the days when product quality was important. Service was good initially but this is my third leather lounge, with others lasting 15 to 20 years. This was an expensive suite to buy but the leather quality just isn't there. The top surface has started to peel after three years, with only regular use in the last 6 months. Rubbish leather with the marketing hype not matching the product quality. Steer clear of their leather lounge suites.
We purchased a sofa in July last year and was told that it will likely to be delivered within the year 5 months of waiting time. With the current circumstances of course we expected some delays from their normal delivery time but it didn’t arrive after the period they have told us. I believe they should have at least explain about the situation of our sofa at this point. A few months later, my parents in law also purchased a sofa and explained our situation to the Robina store manager then. He said if it gets delayed more than 1 month than what they said, he could do something. 7 months later 2 months of delay at this stage, they finally sent us the date of the delivery and full remaining bills to pay. I called the store and a female store assistant said she should be able to get something but it needs an approval from the area manager. Turned out that he can’t get us anything since it’s only delayed by a month the sales person who was in charge of us verbally said it’ll arrive by December, however it turned out that he wrote BY JANUARY. So it ended adding a month to the expected waiting time. Their customer service is VERY poor unlike their furniture.
