Our employee used a fuel card at this shop, and we noticed they charged us the same amount at the same time on multiple occasions, which is clearly an error. We attempted to resolve this by calling the shop, and the staff assured us that the manager would return our call. However, we never received a call back. After a week, we called again, and the staff gave us the same response. Despite providing the invoice and having clear records to verify the mistake, they still haven't issued a refund, and the manager has not contacted us. This experience reflects poor business practices, and we do not recommend this shop.nnAdditional:nThe owner responded to our reviews publicly, appearing willing to help, but in reality, he had no intention of resolving the issue. Despite having our phone number and asking us to call, our repeated attempts over 100 calls to contact them have been futile. They find it too challenging to process a refund for their mistaken charge. We've never been given the manager's phone number. Instead, their overworked staff calls us and often hangs up when they need to attend to other customers in the shop. This is a clear example of poor service!
Great store, always clean, friendly staff, displays are well stocked and gleaming. A model 7/11!
7/11 will always be a very reliable convenience store, this 7/11 is no different. Affordable foods and snacks for quick meals and friendly staff who will help you out in need. All in all, this store is very good with all the things you would need to fulfill a quench for a slushy, or a hot meat pie.
Usually Reasonable Service. But Monday 14/01/19 Was A Shemozzle. Trying To Put Fuel In & A Undecipherable Message Came Through The Loudspeaker. Due To The Attendants Heavy Punjabi Accent, I Had NO Idea, What He Was Rabbiting On About. I Attempted To Enter The Shop & He Took A Long Time To Open The Doors. He Said I Needed To Prepay The Fuel. But He Then Didn't Know How To Process The Transaction !! ??. He Said For Me To Put The Fuel In & Then Come Back To Pay ?! I Asked Him To Stop Stuffing Me Around & Just Charge Me For $20 Worth Of Fuel. He Then Didn't Know How To Put Through A Credit Card Transaction !! ?? . Seriously 7/11 Mgt, What Are You Doing Putting On A Completely Unskilled, Untrained, Barely English Speaking Dimwit On The Night Shift, On His Own ?? It Doesn't Make Sense, Unless You WANT To Lose Business.
Most service stations I go to employ drones who seem to not really care about customer service. 7-11 Mermaid Waters is certainly an exception! Great customer service with a smile! Keep up the good work!
