I disagree with Jaye P’s response above. It is utterly rude to be on your phone while at the counter. Regardless of how important the phone call is. It is the height of rudeness to be,on the call and pointing at things. I am on the shop owners side here. Well done.

Have to agree with Shaun Connell on this one. A little respect and human interaction never hurt anyone. The family had no choice but to post the recording as they didn't have rights to reply on here. They had to defend themselves somehow. Like he said its their livelihood - they were only protecting it! The shopkeepers obviously oldschool - very refreshing given the brats nowadays! If the calls that important take it outside!
