Great prices and have come here for a while now. It really is hit and miss if you are going to get good customer service or just get some rude person. My brand is not always available so they try to palm off some other generic, but its getting better. Hey you need to do something about all the boxes all over the floors, it has to be the most untidy Chemist Warehouse I have visited, someones going to trip over one day.

I tried to get Combantrin Chocolate Squares from this shop.

The attendant was really rude!! An Asia guy trying to humiliate me with a lots of other customers seeing.

I just want to it for precaution, but he said I was lying. And he keep saying this is a serious medicine, I cannot get it without doctor's prescription!!!

Come on it is Chocolate Squares! I can even get it from your website.

I don't know whether this guy is wrong or your shop is wrong because you are selling a prescription medicine on your website in Australia.

Felt like a criminal just looking around the store while waiting for a script. Never returning to this store and unsure whether I will visit another chemist warehouse again. Befofe today use to get all my medication, beauty, vitamins, perfume, etc. Now most definitely take my business else where and never recommending chemist warehouse again!

Female pharmacist is extremely rude. Worst customer service received in a very long time. Would not return.

Most disgraceful customer service at the front counter, there should be a zero star rating to rate. When your sick or not well the last thing you need is a rude woman serving you. Treetops seems to be slightly better.
