Today 14/10/2024 at 6:50 pm. A worker who was about 60 years old and had a braid was at the payment machine. I don’t know her name. Her service attitude was very bad. If I see her working outside when I come to your Coles to buy things in the future, I will not go in to buy things. The reason I came to your Coles was to buy broccoli. I just took 2 broccoli and put them in the shopping bag. She suddenly rushed over and told me with a very bad attitude that I can’t hold the broccoli with my hands. She asked me to cover my hands with a shopping bag to take your broccoli. What is this? You have to cover your hands with a shopping bag to buy vegetables?! The attitude of this worker makes me really very disappointed in you Coles.
Click and collect and delivery items have gone down hill. The small paper bags are ridiculous.nI've had multiple items damaged, out of date or incorrectly changed. I'm sick of having to chase up. I've had leaking water bottles, out of date bread, smashed meat product that had leaked inside the box. Paid for a 950ml of dish liquid and they price match with a 750ml, so they gave me less than what I paid for. I've got potaoes, bananas & avocados bruised or with black spots. Green potaoes or packets of potaoes with a few days left till they're out of date. That's just a few examples.nPlus their click and collect app doesn't work, you need to phone the number for someone to come out. There's no undercover area. Suggest going to the other big supermarkets.
Looks like it's been touched alot this shop, should add some spoof into the store, give it a bit of luvin...but not too much...lol coz don't want prices to increase...lol

They have installed new self serve checkouts, however, no staff on regular checkouts is where this place falls apart. I went through with my son in my arm and a handful of groceries because there was no one there to help. How's that going to work for other customers who finder it harder than I do bagging their own groceries?
