Coles is a very popular supermarket and I saw their stores in many places during my holiday in Australia. This particular branch is in TweedHead shopping plaza. There are 3 big shopping plazas together, Coles, Aldi and one more of which I forgot the name. As far as I am concerned there is not so much difference between them, but I am sure that my wife will disagree with that statement. All sort of groceries and household items are available. We visited all 3 supermarket. I think I completed almost 10000 steps. Prices look reasonable, service is good, parking is available.
I was robbed inside Coles. Someone took my small handbag from the trolley, stole my money, and left it on a shelf. When I realized what had happened, I spoke to the employees, and they told me they would check the cameras, but it could take a long time. In other words, they did nothing. A supermarket has cameras everywhere, but when a theft happens, they act as if nothing can be done. I spoke to the police, and they sent me a link to report it, but they said that was it. I probably won't get my money back. I should report it so I don't just lose my money, but my time as well. I learned my lesson. I'll never set foot in that Coles again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Worst coles in Australia always under staffed never staff at deli then when you ask to get something from there you get attitude and told staff are on break and can't do anything and this happens at peak times constantly go to woolworths
