Nice quiet area close to train and high st shops. Room is tidy and clean with private toilet and shower and shared kitchen, I think it used to be students accommodation. Affordable fare compared to prices of other hotels around $175 for 3 nights. WiFi not free but $5 a day, $20 a week. Car park not free. i smell smoke I think through toilet, other guests shouldn't be doing this or I suggest to hotel management to have a separate floor for those who do. Recommended 👌

I stayed over a week and found the service really good. Always pleasant and polite and I was treated with respect, like being in London. Room was fine, I went cheapest option and it had what I needed. I would return. Great facilities on hand and good location! Slight odour in room though, like it was on a remote island.

I have never stayed in a more disgusting and filthy place in my life. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at Break Free. My mattress was stained and not fit for a person to sleep on. Someone had vomited outside my room and it sat there for two days before someone came to clean it. My room constantly smells like smoke or greasy food from the kitchen. The kitchen is dirty and so stuffy, you don't even want to stand in it. The toilet was in the shower. Room is old and worn, with mould in it. The list goes on and on. Worst place I have ever stayed in!!!!

It was a pretty good stay. The staff were really friendly, and the room and facilities (pool and gym) were well kept. I wouldn't pre buy breakfast because it wasn't amazing, but it was convenient especially for the first day. The only problem with the room is that the bed size is quite short. I'm 165 cm and my toes touched the desk at the end of the bed. Overall a pleasant stay, and would come back.

Was after a budget room for the night and picked up an extra discount from the boxing day sale. Room wasn't much to write home about but it had everything you'd need, albeit in as small a space as possible (the toilet was in the shower!) Location wasn't great, but there are plenty of decent restaurants and shops around. Complex is decent, got a pool and a fitness center. Staff were friendly. All in all a decent place. I opted for the budget 1 room, which doubles as a dorm during uni term. Great for a night stopover on the way through, but would consider the mantra next door or elsewhere for an extended stay (although you get all the same facilities for a fraction of the price, so...)
