Parc Hotel will be the newest apartment hotel offering in Bundoora. Located directly across the road from La Trobe University and within easy driving distance from RMIT, this "Central Park" inspired Hotel will sure to please the most discerning traveler.

This review is purely for how helpful Rachel was today. I moved into one of the apartments this Friday and haven’t had electricity. I still don’t. However, until Rachel this afternoon, I was met with such rude staff who weren’t willing to help. Rachel went above and beyond to make me feel like I mattered and that being comfortable was important. If only everyone was as lovely!
A decent hotel mixed with residential apartments. Quite a lot of road noise from the bedrooms sadly, as it's situated on an arterial route. Rooms are spacious and high quality, well looked after with all the amenities. Super handy tram stop out the front means a direct 50m ride into the CBD.Rooms: 3/5
Have stayed here twice now. Overall it is good value. The rooms are comfortable, but could do with a new coat of paint. Parking is included, but you must park in one of there spots and they can be a bit hard to find.Rooms: 3/5
Anyone who expects to be greeted by helpful pleasant staff when collecting a room. Key must totally avoid this gateway to tortured souls from. Hell. The rooms are large and welcoming but the reception is filled with horrible.rude arrogant staff. The entry to the foyer creepy and has many dark shadows at night. The Definarly would not recommend this place to anyone.
My partner and I came here to stay for a week and we loved it so much we have just signed a lease agreement with the hotel. We are now living here. The staff are all amazing. Very professional which is important considering we had come from the quest where we had very bad experience. Now we are happy and living here! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone gorgeous rooms and professional staff. Easy access to transport and shops!! Definitely will be recommending to anyone ; thanks guys leisa and sunny!
Our rooms were facing off the main road. Had a good night sleep. The rooms are clean and the kithen was well equipped with everything. Way better than a motel room. At good prices. The only thing wrong l didn't like was they have a surcharges extra on when paying with your credit card.
Reception was no help at all. Useless. Confusing already not knowing where to park or go. Didn’t tell me how to get into the parking lot. Drove around lots very confusing. Noisey and not even a free cookie. Don’t stay hereRooms: 1/5
Great apartments. Huge space. Clean rooms. The staffs were nice and helpful. They let us check in three hours early, and check out late with no problem. The view is incredible.
Suburban staying at its best. This modern apartment hotel was an excellent choice and had all we could wish for in a short stay. Clean, quiet and on the tram line. Handy to many places and still a leisurely ride into the Cbd. The staff were very pleasant and we'll have no hesitency in returning.
Perfect accommodation. Parc hotel is our choice for business and staff accommodation. Plenty of great feedback from all the staff. Modern and clean rooms, plenty of space and natural light, not your typical hotel room. Easy and instant staff communication for reservations. Highly recommend for all business stays.
