My recent two night stay at Mill Park Best Western could not be faulted. The most friendly helpful staff along with exemplary clean modern rooms provided a most welcoming experience one could favourably remember when next booking accommodation. In addition I must mention the very close vicinity to shops,supermarkets, restaurants and the short 750 metre walk to one of Australia’s best Chiropractors.

Just arrived to find that an error had been made on a booking for two rooms and only one room was available. The person at reception did not apologize and was so rude. Thumbs down

My recent stay in this Motel turned into a very expensive one with a large sum of money going missing from my wallet.I left my handbag and wallet in our Motel room - Which I thought would be safe and secure-while attending a family wedding,thinking it would be safe.A short time after checking out the next day,I realized my money was gone.My husband alerted the Motel at this stage,but two days later the owner had not received the message and knew nothing of the incident-pretty poor communication on the Motels staff’s behalf.At no time did my bag leave the motel room prior to us checking out nor did we have any visitors enter our room despite knowing other guests staying at the motel.Security footage would establish to be true.Apparently 3 cleaning staff serviced our room while we were out at the function and apart from us they were the only other people to come into our room.There has been no compensation or even a attempt to help correct this situation by management in any form.Police have been notified and a statement has been made.This is a review, not an accusation,,however I I will never stay in this Motel again and I would not recommend it anyone under any circumstance.

Easy to get too friendly staff parking not far from ring road bus services tram stop near by conference and training room available by appointment dinning entertainment room with big screen entertainment system
