We had lunch there and were satisfied with our meals. Fish tacos were nice, kids Parma was perfect portion for my daughter. Also ordered schnitzel. It’s a good pub meal menu. Kids running through dining area was a distraction but that’s not the venues issue. Doesn’t impact my rating. Was quite busy but all staff were polite and not imposing.nThanks
We had a wonderful meal with my friend on December 5th. A lovely lady named Nicole was incredibly kind to us throughout the night and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, and we ended the evening with a gelato before spending some time playing poker machines.
My family and I went for dinner, service was good.nFound a hair in my food, made the hostess aware, she just said “oh” and took it from me.nIt was a black hair, I’m blonde….nWould have taken a photo however thought the outcome would have been different then what it was.nnOverall, food was average. If somethings wrong with it, don’t expect heaps to be done.nnBar staff were beautiful though and extremely accommodating to my mum, so although the food might be not fantastic both service and quality wise, The bartenders will make it better.
l booked a table for 12 for Father's Day nearly 2 weeks in advance. l was called a couple of days before Father's Day to confirm our booking only to be told we would be seated in the sports bar. When l complained, they got back to me and told me we were now booked into the Bistro. On arrival, we were directed to two separate tables of six. Once the food arrived, it only got worse.nl ordered the Beef Cheek Ragu that I've had before and really liked but at $32, it arrived inedible with a very bland, watery and grey sauce. My wife ordered the the Honey Soy Chicken sizzle plate and it tasted like any other bog standard chicken dish.nWe'll be booking elsewhere next Father's Day, Mother's Day, Birthdays etc....
Great venue for a beer or feed. Multiple areas including an upstairs beer garden means there is plenty of room. Tank Carlton as well!
