Impressively bad food, even with low expectations. No cheese in middle of pizza & burnt dessert.
This place is the worst. Save your money, go literally anywhere else. We ordered delivery, it never arrived. When we called the store to ask what was happening the person who answered who claimed to be the manager said it had been delivered, that it wasn’t their fault it never arrived and then said we were lying. They then hung up on us. We went straight to the store and complained in person and get our refund. These people have no idea what customer service is and will blame you when they mess up. I know we wont support this business when they treat their customers in such a disgusting manner.
Pizza burnt took them back staff member negative said not burnt argued with me tried to blame the oven and I cant control how they cook bit eventually redid them was showing other customers the burnt pizza asking their opinion .What do you think I was first customer of TOTO's the first pizza house in Australia been eating them for 53 years and know my Pizzas
Ordered a thin and crispy Margarita along with a chips and a Chocolate Sundae. Pizza dough was like a hard tortilla and the topping where non existent. The real issue for me was that the sundae has a spoonful taken out and clearly someone had treated themselves to it. I can on say if it was on purpose or is was mixed up by accident but this is not supposed to happen. We were strongly disgusted and definitely won’t be returning anytime soon. The chips were great -
Has to be the skimpiest Dominos with toppings. Don’t bother getting any of the loaded pizzas here, you’re paying extra for absolutely nothing.
Call 3 times to be put on hold. An then be told to do an online order because there too busy. Absolutely pathetic. Thought I'd give it another try since the previous experience didnt even look like a pizza.
Only pizza I like at Domino’s Is their peri peri chicken pizza. Other all pizzas are not that good. Also quantity of toppings is very less as compared to local pizzas shops. Pizzas at Pizza Tabrabane are much better and tastier than Domino’s pizzas. Also, only thin crust is good and tasty here. Other all crusts are just Ok. Also, their offers are getting expensive day by day. At least their new app is much better than the last one.
50 minutes after opening, manager I presume looked at me multiple times walking around the shop and said nothing to me for about 5 mins, had to wait until an employee looked at me and told me they wernt ready for another 10 minutes.
Sadly the pizza slices did not function like dominos, when I pushed one over it just flopped down. The advertising is misleading, I can get better dominos from a toy shop.
I ordered my food on Uber Eats. It was estimated to arrive at my house at 6:05pm... it is currently 6:50pm and I have had no update on the status of my order, I have called 7 times and they have not picked up once. However, I looked at the time constraints and learned this is one of their busiest hours, and the food arrived hot and toasty
