Never had a problem with the food but I avoid around 3-4 PM on school days. It's full of noisy high school kids with feet on seats and rubbish thrown everywhere including on seats.nUpdated on Saturday 14/06/2025nI went in at 4 pm on a Saturday and ordered some food and coffee and spent 30 minutes there. During this time it was not very busy but more than half the tables were strewn with rubbish which was also all over the floor. Surely someone could organise some regular rubbish collection and general cleaning ?
New update: the waiting time is expected to be more than 30 minutes if you’re lucky.nnStaffs doesn’t care or trying to increase the speed. They’re just chilling at the back. The amount of orders got thrown on the table because driver cancel theirs order is massive.nnWhat a terrible branch. Close down on delivery app for real if you can’t make it up on time.nnExtremely long wait time. If you’re a delivery person, expect to wait at least 10 minutes to get your food. If you’re a delivery driver, reject every order from this location. Not worth your time at all.
No staff on the counter to serve, and the place is filthy. Only dealing with drive through customers and it took 6mins to get 5 soft serve ice creams.
I hate place that double dip.nCharge twice for the same order within 2 minutes after they cancelled the first order but not returning my money.nNow have to watch balance on card to see if pending drops off.nWhat a waste of time.nIf I can order on the app the it should be available. Not just say we don't have items.nFix the app that this can not happen over and over again.
