This is the second time my family has eaten pizza from here. The pizza is absolutely lovely, and we have never had a problem with staff. The pizza arrived when they said so I'm unsure why others have stated otherwise. Pizza shops get busy am I am sure they endeavour to get the pizzas out as soon as they can. Highly recommend. Yummo! I'd share what my pizza looked like, but I ate it all
Ordered 4 Large pizzas tonight. Ordered at 530pm, was told it would take 40 min to an hour…called at 7 and apparently it was just leaving to go 15 mins down the road to us. Over 2 later at 740pm it arrived with a lovely driver. I asked for a discount as it’s taken ages and had to feed kids sandwiches at 7…… what a prick to deal with!! Blaming all the issues on his staff taking no responsibility… no wonder you have high staff turn over!nPizza arrive slightly warm and gross. Don't recommend Diamond creek Le sera at all.
Diamond Creek La SeranAbsolutely amazing people and food!nMajority of the time we order delivery stewart rd and they remember our order and always look after us.nThe delivery drivers are very polite, quick and well mannered people!nI have been ordering here for nearly 7 or 8 years and they are the best in town for quality and price!nThank you for always looking after us! 15/10
Bless you have several hours to wait for your dinner, I suggest other alternatives. Rude staff and it’s a shame because Pizza wasn’t half bad when it eventually turned up after multiple calls to the store….
Ordered delivery for three pizza's at 6:10pm was told an hour, waited till 7:40pm and rang to see what was happening with my delivery, was told that it was 15min away, pizza arrived at 8:55pm.nCome on, just under 3 hours to deliver a pizza that wasn't that good. l won't be going back there any time.
