It's easy to be friendly on the phone, quote good prices and promise a timely turnaround. However, you only see what a place is really like at the conclusion of the transaction. I've had two vehicles at Diamond Creek Tyrepower in the past 6 months and both times, Adam and his team delivered perfectly. It's easy to recommend these guys - and I've dealt with many vehicles and service centres over the years.

I took my tyre in for a tubeless repair as it had a slow leak. Picked it up and it had been absolutely butchered. With over 15 years experience myself I can tell you with confidence, steer clear of this place. An inexperienced "technician" doing a poor job is one thing but management backing them up is a nother. The one star I rated them was because he didn't argue at giving me a refund.

These guys have always been excellent for all the tyre needs of my cars. I've been getting Coopers from them for a decent price. No issues at all re: service--they always fit me in and treat me well. Thanks!
