Hope your well ,A massive shout out to the people at Diamond Creek Coles had the best experience ever, deli people were just the best in service and being friendly ,register people where so nice and just the atmosphere was just amazing. This is how a Coles should work don't change anything please. If l could give more than five stars l would Well done to staff and store manager couldn't be any happier.
I will no longer shop at this supermarket because the staff member collecting trollies in the carpark decided to wave his arms and abuse me for accidentally going the wrong way in the extremely poorly designed carpark with no signage. I’ll go elsewhere from now on, don’t need to be threatened by staff.
I was at coles today and so excited to see Kirks tonic water available for sale again, haven’t seen it for years. They have small cans 6 for $4.10 at the moment on special. This tonic water is better than Schweppes in a gin and tonic. Well done Coles
Staff here are generally good. However the older man who collects the trolleys is always aggressive to customers, which is intimidating. Around 4:45 today I witnessed him harassing customers in the car park. Inside the store, he loudly mocked a customer minding his own business trying to check out. This looked to be a racially motivated incident. The trolley person was pointing aggressively at the man and giving him a thumbs down. As far as I could tell there was no intervention by other staff. This can’t be allowed to happen. In addition to that I witnessed two road rage incidents in the car park, which is notoriously difficult to manoeuvre. This was in a span of 5 minutes.
