Well stocked, reasonably priced & had everything l needed. Good luck trying to find a carpark when it's busy.
Staff here are generally good. However the older man who collects the trolleys is always aggressive to customers, which is intimidating. Around 4:45 today I witnessed him harassing customers in the car park. Inside the store, he loudly mocked a customer minding his own business trying to check out. This looked to be a racially motivated incident. The trolley person was pointing aggressively at the man and giving him a thumbs down. As far as I could tell there was no intervention by other staff. This can’t be allowed to happen. In addition to that I witnessed two road rage incidents in the car park, which is notoriously difficult to manoeuvre. This was in a span of 5 minutes.
After putting a dollar coin in my trolley. I did my shopping. Went through the self service checkout. I was asked by a staff member if she could put through the water, I politely declined but she was insistent. I politely declined again and again. I started to scan my items but was told I must put through the water first. I asked why and was told it was store policy.nnThis is a bullying. I now shop at Woolworths, what a pleasure. No searching for coins to use trolley, and the staff are friendly.nnNotice to Coles management change your aggressive confrontational policies or you won’t have any customers.
I have been trying to reach them for so long, i am currently in the waiting. No answer. I did an Uber order, and they want to change it, and not respecting what i want. No rude they closed in my face. And not helping me because they have 100 customers in person. All i not a customer?nnI would like to speak to the manager or whoever is responsible for the way the lady talked on the phone the second time she didn’t hear me out and just closed in my face, saying she doesn’t want to help me cause she is busy. This is not fair and i would like to talk to the manger. Please reply to this review with the contzct details because what happened is not okay
No different to any other, but much of the fruit and vegetables looked so old you'd only feed them to chooks. Across the road at IGA, they were excellent quality and freshness.
