"Diamond creek panels" are awful, if your insurance sends your car here or you need it fixing avoid this place!! Had nothing but trouble with them, and car only just sorted from august. They actually taped our head lights on, which BMW in Doncaster said was a fire hazard, left leads under bonnet loose, drip marks after re-spray to name a few things!! avoid!!
Terrible terrible service. Couldn't put a light bulb in properly if they tried. Went to pick my car up after 4 days to fix a bumper. The bumper looked like it hadn't been removed from the body as the bracket was still broken. Where they re-sprayed the bumper there was still unfinished rough surface as well as missing a area where it was suppose to be bright yellow was green. As well as a small Crack in the corner. They took it back redone it another 2 and a half days. Comes back looming better but this time a Crack in the bumper on the inside of mud guard. Their excuse was it would have happened in the accident. To tired to argue. Will be taking it to another panel Beater to fix their shitty job. I suggest you don't use...
I took my vehicle to this joke of a business as it was an accredited place through my insurance company. I had left from damage and had to have it engineered Engineers were JIGCHECK in Epping and then the panel/paintwork done. I was told 3 to 4 weeks for the job and it took them 9 weeks and it had heaps of problems that they had no idea how to fix, so at their expense I took it in my own time to VW main dealers to find out what was wrong and surprise surprise they had caused more damage especially to all the wiring and sensors when they tried to reassemble the car. Long and short of it, I got the car assessed again by 2 x independent people and they were amazed that they could turn out a vehicle like this saying it was all ok. The vehicle is now at a place of my choice and the whole job is being removed and done again, including the engineering work which was not completed properly and now waiting for more new parts which makes you think that not only were Diamond Creek Panels unless and incompetent but also the engineers and it seams sending me away with a potentially dangerous and liable vehicle. PLEASE PLEASE MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER AND SAFER AND STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE TWO COMPANIES.
After an accident where we thought the car would have been right off The RACV had it fixed by Diamond Creek Panels It has come back in perfect condition, you would not even now it had been damaged.. Well done and thank you... we highly recommend you.
