Was happy up until last grooms. Staff told my Grandma who is 91 that her dog had cataracts in her left eye & probably blind & probably would be totally blind very soon. The staff member told us she is an emergency vet nurse. Grandma was beside herself. I ended up getting a vet to come out & seeing Grandmas dog. No cataracts, but they had cut her front leg that then need treament. Understand Grandma's dog can be a bit 'flighty' but should not have scared my Grandma the way they did. Won't be going back
