Wonderful store. Extremely polite staff smile and greet you as you shop. Nothing is too much trouble; they will stop what they are doing to take you to what you are looking for. Great variety of products. 6 choices of rain gauges:nI was so impressed as I have tried many places with no success.
Picked up a storage cabinet weighing around 45kg and six foot long and had to use the wife's station wagon to fit it. Picked up yesterday so I could put together today. When I unboxed it, a number of panels were damaged. I called the store and spoke to James, the store manager. I explained the situation and that I am unable to return the large item until next weekend leaving me with tools all over the place as I had got rid of the old storage unit. He went above and beyond by organising delivery of a replacement and pick up of the damage storage unit. Well done James for providing good old customer service! I choose to shop at Diamong Creek Mitre 10 for the customer service and knowledge and advice they are always willing to share- well done!
I was first introduced to Mitre 10 Diamond Creek by my daughter. It is a wonderful place, the staff are so friendly and really understand. That's VERY important to me. The products are really good too. Your garden man is brilliant, don't ever let him go, pay him more money. I can't remember his name, starts with 'A' l think.
You cannot get a better store than yours. The service is exceptional! Nothing is too much trouble, and staff are always happy. You have the best store in Melbourne, and we will always support you.
Knowledgeable, helpful staff - always pleasant and efficient. My dog loves going as well - for his treat at the checkout!
