Went to fuel up today at early morning. The woman serving at the counter was very rude. Treated us very badly when we asked about rewards card. We were talking to her very politely but she was very very rude. When we asked her why is she rude towards us, she replied to mind our own business. Seriously!?! Should we start our day like this? Seriously disappointing!!!
Called in here to grab a drink for my drive back to Carrum Downs.nPleasantly surprised by the guy behind the counter and his customer service.nListened to what I had to say, and as a result, didn't ask me if I had any fuel.nMaybe it was the absence of a language barrier?nBrilliant. The more, the better.
Staff are always rude. Never say hello, never ask if you have a rewards card, generally say nothing and give no response. There food items are disgustingly overpriced. They advertise prices and/or sales and don't abide by them if you pick it up, or you walk out paying more without realising.nI have always hated going there just based on their frosty reception, but after today, I won't ever again.nWorst customer service in Diamond Creek, by far.
Prices at this location are the dearest around by a significant amount. As soon as petrol prices go up they are the first to put up their prices a few days before other stations.nIf you want more affordable petrol prices then travel to Thomastown APCO. It’s always $20 cheaper on unleaded there when prices go up and they never rip you off. You’d think this station would look after the locals being in this location but no. They are so the most expensive by far
Every day we go there at smoko, and in their shiny new, floor to ceiling, no-expense-spared pie warmer, are never any actual pies! What the hell? We politely ask the staff, remind the staff, and sometimes question the staff…how hard is it to stock your pie-warmer? Their shelves are full of other stock, and we go there every day, along with all the other local tradies…. GIVE US PIES
