Pleasant enough stay. Excellent location, service was very good at reception. The grounds could do with a good tidy and weeding but it didn't affect my stay. The rooms were tidy and clean. Smelt clean. The only thing missing was a microwave which really is something I could have used.nnThere was some excessive noise from a domestic in the next room very early hours, I rang reception and it was dealt with.nnHappy to stay again, sadly the ability to prepare some foods do help with longer stays.
I used to stay there regularly i really liked it . But after leaving today i will never go back the roo. Was clean and very expensive.i hadn't been there for a while and I got a room with a spa bath for one night it was $260and $100 bond on top. When I left this morning I went to get my bond back and they accused me of stealing the blanket that should have been in the cupboard that I never even opened.nI would never use a motel blanket anyway as i knowty they don't get washed alot.nBut to accuse me of stealing a motel blanket yuk I am so offended . I had to let them check inside my car before they'd give back my bond.nI think that's disgusting when I've been going there for quite a while and it always was good . Oh well they've lost my businessnThat's a minus 10 for that terrible customer service and I see the same. Room tonight for half the price with Agoda not only am I insulted they ripped me off swell what a disgrace
My partner & I stayed here last night, the room was nice although had no extra blankets or pillows only 1 pillow each the blanket you do get was very thin and was a cold night, the shower ran hot and cold wasn't consistent.... the people in the room next to us argued most of the night then got woken at 5:30am but some other girl banging and screaming on another hotel room door that went on for about 2 hours so wasn't a pleasant stay at all.
Spacious Comfortable clean and no offensive odours! The bed was extremely comfortable! Bathroom spacious.nReceptionist helpful and very friendly, location is walking distance to train station straight into the CBD.
Location is ok if you want out of Melbourne a bit it’s close to the Hume highway which was handy for me when I landed late and needed to head north first thing.nRooms are basic but have the essentials, tv remote was a bit dodgy probably just batteries getting low, beds were ok also showers fine.nnDefinitely worth the stay, if you want somewhere quiet.
