My experience in the bistro was amazing thanks to Courtney. I don’t go out much but I decided to take my children and father out for dinner. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and warm greeting. The staff member Courtney, was an absolute gem. The service she provided was amazing. The food was cooked really well. It was hot and tasted delicious. I would go back again just for the service.nnThe service provided by Courtney was top shelf. It is very rare to have that kind of an experience with service these days. I really appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable Courtney was.
The service was excellent and the Staff really went out of their way to make my elderly Mum’s and my stay, smooth, enjoyable & trouble free.nBeds were comfortable and clean.nWe were impressed by the portions of the meals and dessert which were also fresh & delicious.nLocation was great and close to the Airport.nWith a Sports Bar, Gaming Room, main & Bistro meals plus a good sized play area for the kids, it ticks all the boxesnWill definitely stay here again
Stayed two nights. I’d read the reviews so packed ear plugs. We’re not bothered by the traffic at all.nThe Rooms are very basic and yes dated BUT spotlessly clean, very warm and comfortable bed. Enjoyed a meal on one of the nights.nnUsed the iron which was far better than the one I have at home!nnOne suggestion I would make is provide clean cups when doing daily room service and provide a tea towel to dry the cups.nnMany thanks, regards Heather
Got to say I hate whatever spray they use to clean the tables in the bistro because it leaves an unpleasant sticky residue behind.nThere food was delicious and the service was courteous. Enjoyed our meal there.nI have experienced the same sticky tables in other places too.nCome on managers, test it out for yourselves and have a think about changing the cleaning product you use.
We are from the Goulbourn Valley and we have found the Meadow inn the best value before the city and the easiest drive down Sydney Rd. This place has everything we want and more. The rooms are clean and all we needed.nThe motel carpark is safe and secure and we have had no troublenThe Hotel and there staff make you feel like a locals. Thanks Daniel and all the staff.nWe have been back 8 times since Aug 25.nThe meals have been A1 everytime and they have a kids room which you can monitor from the screen or watch from your table.nThey even have a sports bar and pokie venue that any local would be proud of.nThere is a shopping centre across the road and a number of food shops for your convenience.
