First of all I’ll just like to mention there’s a gentleman by the name of Patrick that’s at the reception. Most genuine person I’ve ever met helpful understanding and any issues I had. He resolved them very well so thank you Patrick the hotel perfect Clean 10 out of 10.
I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made check-in and check-out incredibly smooth. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed, with a super comfortable bed and great amenities.
Do not stay here. The staff are so rude. They informed us the day before that due to electrical faults they can't supply our room and then told us they are full capacity. They offered their sister site in Bundoora, which we would have to change rooms after one night, and could not offer transport to the hospital despite moving us further away. They were unhelpful and rude. When we told them we moved to their competitor Mantra they tried to again tell us the room is worse and make them sound bad. Their lack of planning is not our emergency. We just wanted to work at the hospital. My partner and I are very, very disappointed. Very poor experience if me and my partner could rate them less we would. The manager Chris was condescending and super unhelpful.
The stay was most definitely enjoyed, though the are some things that needs attention & addressing.nnFirstly, the reception & house keeping staff are great, welcoming, warm & professional.nnThe Quest would be a great choice for someone that is wanting a long term stay weeks/months, as the rooms have EVERYTHING you will need, a full kitchen, washing machine, dryer, iron, etc.nnBut for a short stay, a weekend or a day or two, or you are wanting a hotel that is more luxurious, I'd suggest elsewhere.nnLet me explain...nnThis is not a luxury hotel, and that is okay, it is enjoyable, though, where the hotel lacks is the small details in cleanliness, the couches had stains, so did the bed mattress. There was a bad smell throughout the room, more specifically the shower room/rest room. Tried airing out the room but that did not work, eventually needed to buy air freshner just to try and eliminate it. That didn't work, and it got worse everytime the toilet flush was used.nnMaybe this was the one room, hopefully it is fixed so others do not experience it.nnAgain, as a total package, it is okay and will be enjoyed by everyone, maybe the house keeping staff need more training or higher standards. All the best.
I had a fantastic stay at Quest Epping! The room was spotlessly clean and the overall service was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and made everything easy. I absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.
