I normally choose nightcap as Its the same at every location and I know I’m going to get a good rest and have a nice shower. That wasn’t the case at coolaroo.nnI didn’t question a few of the random hairs as that could be anything - until it was time to have a shower. The towels had dirt marks.nnJust before going up to the desk to ask for a new towel and shower items, I grabbed my room card and caught a glance of the coffee mugs. They were used.nnI waited for ten minutes at the desk for someone to come out and when he did, it was as if he had no shock that this had happened.nnHe replaced my towels and coffee mugs - followed by a monotone ‘sorry about that’ but the whole experience was just a let down.nnI thought the $180 was a better option than driving back across the city in a big truck as I was tired, but given the bed wasn’t even a king just two long single bases and two long single mattresses under a sheetnnI should have just powered down a coffee and battled the fatigue back home.

Really happy with our stay. We arrived in the evening and were greeted by very friendly staff and provided with a drink voucher. The room was clean and comfortable. The room also contained a complimentary breakfast pack each, consisting of cereal, milk, juice and a muesli bite and a complimentary bottle of cold water each, along with the usual tea and coffee offerings. We then went and had a meal in the bistro. More friendly staff and really good meal sizes at a good price. The rooms were secure and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

I arrived late as I had work that day, staff were really friendly and gave me a free drink card, and 10% off a meal.nRooms are small but have everything you need in them, the shower is absolutely amazing, and the bed super comfortable.nWould definatly stay again

Nightcap Coolaroo hotel is a great place to stay at.I’ve stayed here few time willnalways come back the staff here are very nice.rooms are very nice and clean beds are very comfortable love this place.great place for drinks.also have great meals highly recommended.

We’ve stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment as a family of 8 a couple of times now. It’s clean, comfortable and is in the perfect location for easy access to public transport. All the staff are absolutely lovely and really go above and beyond. This is the most family friendly, comfortable hotel we’ve stayed in.
