We found quest Bundoora after being ripped off at another facility and I'm so glad we did. The amazing service began at reception with the young lady ensuring we were looked after in every way. She was kind, compassionate with amazing customer service.nThe customer service didn't stop there. Every employee looks you in the eye and greets you with a friendly smile and simple acknowledgement.nThe rooms were spotless, roomy and very comfortable.nIt's a great location, close to the DFO, uni and freeway, with no traffic noise.nI will gladly stay there again. Thanks to all the staff for a great experience.
Great quality service and rooms. Everything you could want for breakfast available at front reception - you just take it back to your room and cook it how you like. Really friendly staff. Let me leave my bag with reception until my afternoon flight.
Stayed here when I came down to visit family. Really great service, the rooms were clean and the location was great with lots of cafes and shopping. Also with a tram stop close by that took you into the city! I found it great value for money. Will definitely be staying again when I come to visit
Great stay with excellent amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. The free laundry facilities were a big bonus and very convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience and had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
