I give it a five star because the service here is exceptional. I came here for business and this is my third stay in as many weeks. Self contained, convenient, parking, wifi, the best Italian restaurant up the road ever!! Conference room and facilities, a convenient smoking balcony so I don't have to go outside on the street, laundry service, clean... Ticks all the boxes :-)

Studio rooms are clean but extremely small and bathrooms are tiny . The door almost hits the toilet seat when it’s open. Beds are spring style and uncomfortable. Small tea cups and no coffee mugs make use of the huge coffee plunger seem ridiculous. No microwave cookware!! The noisy hallways are offputting and there is continued banging of doors in which at times my room shuddered. No pool in the heat is a negative !! Staff are accommodating and friendly and the overall location is good but massively overpriced in comparison to other local accommodation!

Simple serviced apartments. This time got a tiny little room (like a small hotel room) whereas previously times had like a nice sized apartment. Same price which was a surprise. There is a little kitchenette and a washing machine in the bathroom which is useful. Nice little cafe next door for great breakfasts and a diner opposite for burgers etc.

Worst apartments I have ever stayed in.No stars.The noise from other rooms meant I could not sleep. Every room has this problem. Most apartments have windows facing an ugly apartment next door. Staff are rude and invade your privacy commenting on any purchases you make The rooms are tiny The internet costly and unreliable. The baths are tiny and mine needed painting.The hotel actively encourages smoking. All rooms stink of smoke. Everyone smokes from balconies. Cigarettes are everywhere. There is only one lift. It is the slowest lift and cannot cope. It often is being seviced.if you complain about the noise the manager does not care. He told me he owned the apartments and he could do what he wants. I told him surely the customer is always right. He said not in his hotel. It was like making a complaint to Basil Fawlty. I would recommend the quest in Kew. The staff. management and rooms were wonderful. The quest kew is only minutes from quest Ivanhoe and closer to the city. They know how to make your stay happy.
