Appalling service. Arrived at the apartment, found food crumbs on the dining chairs, food and rubbish stashed underneath our bed, place had a bad smell and there was a massive crack on the wall. The final straw was where we saw a giant huntsman spider on the bed. We called the hotel desk and spoke with a female staff. She apologised for our experience at the accommodation and explained that a family with children stayed out our room the day before which was why there were crumbs, food and rubbish left behind. We decided not to stay at the accommodation anymore and that she would honor a refund. It's been 4 weeks and I haven't yet received my refund, the staffs there have been avoiding me and ending my calls abruptly, and now their phone number has been switched off. Recommendation: Renovate, hire cleaners and honest staffs.

Absolutely filthy. Funky smells, stained carpet, stained kitchen Run down bunch of apartments needing a revamp, nothing works in these things Dryer was broken, dishwasher doesnt work Smashed shower, missing kitchen gear making it a nightmare to use Single powerpoints everywhere which will turn your head in. Just a complete hole. Did i mention stains?
