Cheap end  for the budget minded happy TIGHT ARSE TOURS   Travelers.
If your lucky to get on the third floor you should get great views.. a reasonable comfortable bed.  
BUT good luck with your experience??

The rooms are comfortable. Reasonably sized. The motel provides basic toiletries like towels, shampoo and soap. There is daily housekeeping. Only issue is that in summer it can be rather hot as there is only a fan in the room. Other than that it was a rather pleasant stay.

Good ho(s)tel, large room, comfy bed, friendly staff. Don't go by what it looks like on the outside!

The Good
The room we had (#6) was extremely clean. 
The shower was nicely hidden away, yet spacious, and the shampoo and shower gel were nice to have. 
The bed was a queen size with very comfy mattress and pillows. 
The place doesn't look great on the outside, but is a gem on the inside. 
Feels like more of a hostel than a hotel, but no one will disturb you once you're in your room. 
Short walk to Salamanca and the city, location is excellent

The Bad
The bed was comfortable, but very squeaked at the littlest movement. Parking area is tiny, not enough car parks for rooms. We had to park on the street for the 2 nights we stayed. 
A bigger TV would be nice, was tiny to watch from the bed. 
The water temperature, took a while to get hot. The water pressure wasn't great, but workable. The shower recess has no curtain and so the floor gets extremely slippery! 
The outside of the building needs a do-over, doesn't fill the customer with confidence.

Good - very good location, free wifi was great, some friendly and helpful female staff at reception.
Bad - old bed mattress made it hard to sleep and gave me back pains.  Old, worn out, unclean, dusty rooms.  No shower curtain so water went everywhere in the bathroom when showering!

Great location, friendly staff. Yes the rooms are budget, but offer good value for money.
