Access to the carpark is not obvious, but OK once you know where it is. The laneway is a bit narrow, but OK for small & medium cars. The apartment is clean, with well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Overall its quite comfortable. Sandy Bay Road is just outside but road noise is not noticeable.

The room is very nice and clean, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen facilities are good as well. The location is great and its just 3mins walk to Salamanca. The owner is a very kind person and helpful to answer my questions

Excellent location to downtown. Beds were so comfortable and the owner was always willing to answer any questions. Hint: if you stay there hire the owner for a drive to the airport in his fancy car it's cheaper then a cab or uber.

Everything you could ask for....comfortable bed.....cosy.....quiet....great location......secure parking. What more do you need.

Situated in the historic Battery Point district, this apartment is minutes from the Constitution Dock area bars and restaurants. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with comfortable bed, large, well equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches like a nespresso machine, bins in every room, plenty of pillows, access to power outlets etc. Would not hesitate to recommend staying here!
