Gattonside Heritage Accommodation is an 1880’s Victorian mansion located in Battery Point, Hobart. Designed by Henry Hunter, the property is National Trust and Heritage listed and offers luxury accommodation, in peaceful and private surrounds.
Gattonside Heritage Accommodation has a total of eight Heritage Suites including Twin Rooms, Heritage Queen Suites and Superior/Honeymoon Suites. A fully cooked breakfast in the stunning sun filled Gattonside Heritage Accommodation breakfast room is included, along with complimentary port and chocolates served each evening in the guest lounge.
Gattonside Heritage Accommodation is located on the fringe of historic Battery Point. A short, pleasant stroll will bring you to Salamanca Place and the Hobart waterfront. Attractions include catching a boat to Mona, exploring the art galleries and boutique shops set amongst the sandstone warehouses, or enjoy a wonderful selection of Tasmanian food and wine. Continuing along Salamanca Place or Sandy Bay Road through the beautiful St David’s Park you will reach the Hobart central business district.
