Mark Thomas is a superstar! He responded to my email inquiry on the same day. He communicated with me every step of the way. He even helped me with the in-house financing but I ended up availing of a novated car lease arrangement with my employer. I got my Kia Sportage in just two weeks! Well done and keep it up Mark. Also a special thanks to Cheng Tao who's very professional even if I did not avail of the in-house financing. Cheng facilitated the reimbursement of my car deposit on the same day that I received the car. Well done Kia Blackburn dealership! My only negative comment is the crowded car spaces. The cars are too cramped that it's hard to navigate and drive out of the dealership. For someone who has just purchased a new car, it's quite daunting to drive out without scratching the car. But it's not a deal breaker. I still give it a full 5 star for excellent customer service.
I just picked up my new Kia Stonic and I am thoroughly impressed .This is the second time I have bought a new car from this great dealership . Mark went above and beyond ,his communication was excellent and I was kept regularly updated . Mark was honest and really listened to what sort of car I needed. The car arrived sooner than expected Mark’s experience and expertise in sales was evident from the start . I highly recommend Mark and the other staff Alex and Liam . I need to confess that I haven't just purchased a car from Blackburn Kia I have purchased over 6 of them! Firstly Kia's have been reliable and well appointed for our family for over 15 years. The thing I find most remarkable about purchasing from Blackburn Kia is that Salesperson has been there for every single purchase, the same guy! That tells me something about the way the business treats not only its customers but obviously its staff. Highly recommend
From the time we met Tim to the time we picked up the car, the service has been exceptional. Always kept us informed and everything we asked was never an issue. Thank you very much. We will highly recommend your dealership to everyone.
The experience of buying the car was good. As the selling staff were helpful. But the experience of driving a brand new car was so terrible. My new sportage, only after 10 days of driving less than 1000 km, odometer screen gone dead! Now I am left with a supposedly brand new car, waiting to get fixed! And expecting something new goes wrong with it every day. Thats how unsafe it feels like driving it. Even no hire car was provided in the interim! Seems KIA is still not reliable brand. That was very disappointing!

Shout out to Stephen and the team at Blackburn Kia...great service during supply chain issues to keep me updated along the journey to get my new awesome Sportage GT Line....what a cracker of a small family car SUV. The tech and ride is amazing....our 4th Kia and never disappointing for the quality and value for money this brand offers.
I still waiting for my wiper water box to be replaced since I bought the car back in July,2022. It had been longer than the car to be produced.

Despite of all great services done by KIA Service Center in Blackburn, I want to endorse Stephen Frick in their Sales center which is located opposite street side of their Service Center. He is one of the most reliable and supportive Sales Managers who perfectly satisfy customer needs. A very patient, polite, understandable gentleman who help customer to get what they want. We had a very good experience with him and also very pleased with KIA cars. You pay for what you get but with KIA you get more by paying less.
