Great service from friendly people. Took the time to show us the difference in models and equipment. Actively encouraged us to test drive and although we already had approved finance in place we got a better deal from the on site finance. Very happy with our Skoda Octavia and would certainly look here first if we purchase another vehicle. Thanks for a positive car buying experience Eastside Skoda 👍

Staff are friendly, service good and clear pricing given before any work is done. May take a while to book in a loan vehicle for your service date but they are provided at no cost and are always clean and near new.

Today i had test drive with Albert, he is very nice and helpful for all information needed. Most important is unlike Honda ..."if you are not going to buy today! "No test drive" and "no trade-in valuation service". I'll definitely come to Albert when ready.!!

Terrible, simply terrible after-sales customer service. Still chasing them to refund me my deposit, a week after I took delivery of my car. They never call back, I always have to chase them. In addition, they delivered my car dirty and with a faulty light, which they then asked me to organise fixing.
