I went to this place to look at car and test drive. Very very forceful. Just because I showed some interest doesn't mean you have too shove paperwork down my throat. Test drive doesn't mean I'll be buying a car, does it. You can stick your car. I'll never ever set foot here again.

Eastside Mitsubishi where they're on your side, only if they're going to make money from you. Don't bother going if you're not a retail customer, especially on a Saturday- no one is interested in helping you. We were told to our faces that we "have to understand I make money from retail customers, so I can't help you". All we wanted to know was the ball weight of a car. Disappointing and poor service. Go elsewhere.

Wow what a horrible dealership. Never felt so unwelcomed in my life. We've done the research and just looking to make a purchase. But it felt like the sales person just couldn't be bothered with us. We ended up leaving and hearing to Mitsubishi at Knox.

Disappointed I have had my Pajero since new and just coming up 10 years so about time to update. Have had the car serviced with Eastside continuously over those years except a couple of services when travelling. I had a problem this morning and the car went into limp mode. Earliest date they can fit me in 3 weeks away. Really? That's what you get for being a loyal customer for 10 years? 3 weeks without a car? Not happening I'll go elsewhere to get fixed and to purchase the update. Not happy. Update 2.1.18 Pleased to post that the DP contacted me today and apologised with the offer of looking at my car ASAP. Nice to see that they take note of comments. I guess everyone has an off day.
