Amazing customer service from showroom to finalizing the purchase to following up with service. Upon purchasing a new family car to a first car to drive. Salesperson (Jenny) was great to deal with, looking after to you with every detail of the car and question answered. She listened and understood what we were looking for and made the very most of our experience here at Nunawading Toyota.

Not a single complaint!!! Brendan Clark was excellent!! I am an older buyer, who has not had a new car for a long time but Brendan was so patient in explaining all of the different dials, knobs, buttons, etc! He really knew his job, knew how everything worked, paper work spot on and very professional! I would definitely recommend Brendan to any of my friends/family who are thinking of buying a Toyota! Thank You Brendan!

I had an excellent experience purchasing my Kluger from Nunawading!!--From Alex Tran to Christian to the Big Man himself, Mr. Brett Jefferson, who all saw to it that I'd come out happy! Thank you! Surely I'd come back in spite of living far from Nunawading.

Lots of cars. You can get confused which car to buy. Good friendly staff. Take a test drive before you buy. Great place.

I had a few unplanned mechanical issues occur with our 2007 Saab turbo sedan which caused all manner of problems for me as l work at the airport and need 100% reliability with my 'daily driver' so the writing was on the wall..a new car was required. Twelve months ago we bought a new Toyota Carolla from Nunawading Toyota as our daughter's 21st birthday present and this had proved to be a most reliable and well-chosen vehicle so l decided to once again see what 'specials' might be available and, as luck would have it they were in the middle of the "2017 Number plate clearance sale" so timing was good. We were focussed upon either a Camry or Carolla Hybrid, however, all models of such had been sold by the time we saw the advertisement for the sale(!). We then considered alternate models with the assistance of Blake Boyle who sold us the 1st Carolla some 12 months prior. NB: If you're looking for a professional, no-nonsense salesman who knows his product and, who diligently works with customers whilst they arrive at the most suitable vehicle for their needs then drop in and spend some time with Blake.
