I've been using these guys for about 5 years, since the second service after buying my Clio. They specialise in French cars and know them inside out. Excellent value, and always willing to answer questions.
I live in Bendigo and time my car services with a trip to Melbourne. Happy to make the trip for such a great mechanic. They also have courtesy cars so I can still get around for the day. Definitely recommend Paul and the team.

The team at AutoParis are always my go to for anything car related. Their advice always sticks true and hasn't failed me, including buying my current car. They are quick to respond and always happy to help. Couldn't find a better mechanic!!!

Paul is a legend who found and fixed the problem with my Renault cup 250 which bundoora renault wouldn't touch and essendon renault wanted $12000 to fix. Paul was able to fix the problem for almost half the cost.

Additionally paul did some performance work after the fault was found and my baby is putting 200kw on the ground :)

20000km later the car is running still beautifully. I would recommend Autoparis to all!

Terrible service. Had my car for several months. Cost me thousands without even fixing the problem. When I finally came to pick up my car after not having it for months, it struggled to get me home on that same very trip and didn't seem to be fixed at all.

I had to turn around and take it back to them the same day I was supposed to take it home and they just referred me to someone else despite paying them thousands.

Edit: You never said to return it, nor did you say you would ever reimburse me. Had I known that, don't you think I would've tried to work it out? Also, the reason it was at Waverley Renault for so long was because my funds were depleted from paying you and I couldn't pay to get it back for a while, and admittedly, after our ordeal, I was sick of it all. I lost faith in the whole situation after having spent thousands of dollars for nothing.

Let's not forget, you had it for months and it failed on my very first trip home.

You would've gone to any extent would you? Yet not even a follow up call to see if all was good and well. I never heard from you again after you palmed me off. Any extent must mean no extent at all.

Also, after I had taken it to you because it was shutting down randomly, you never fixed that part. Before the last time I took it to you, after you supposedly fixed it, it shut down several times, a couple of those times while I was actually driving.

I'm sure you've fixed many cars before and people have had a happy result, but ultimately I took it to the wrong place and it cost me thousands of dollars for nothing.
