Gave my car for a major servicing with Grosvenor BMW Reading for 1st time since I have owned it for 4 years. Barry from Grosvenor was very helpful finding me a slot very quickly. Once I arrived, Barry inspected the car with me and explained the entire process in detail. He stated they will contact me throughout the day showing what are their findings. I have had my car serviced from different BMW company garages in past but my personal experience with Grosvenor was much better than others I have been too. I would any day recommend them over other garages in Berkshire. A special mention to Barry for handling the entire process very smoothly. Will recommend all the family and friends.

First time using Grosvenor and would definitely recommend n use them again. They oozed with professionalism from the front desk to the work shop. Car was in the day I called and seen to the next. Turned out to be a big job and if I had gone else where such as BMW my car would of been  written off but Grosvenor had a solution that saved my car. I was Surprised when I came to pick it up, it had been cleaned inside and out. Thank you very much, very happy customer

First time here, these guys do a great job from start to finish. Quick check-in, courtesy car was amazing there’s a very special 120d in there…, they identified work which needed doing which I had already wondered about and were kind enough to fit some wipers and show me the definitive way to park them internet searches and car manual are both too vague on this!  Their facility is great - reception has a glass wall, you can see your car in there. The waiting room is warm, comfortable and they use a remote buzzer puck like a restaurant would to call you down when things are ready to go.  Friendly, easygoing, happy to explain and help. What more do you want? And their telephony battery replacement rates *will* save you £100s and get rid of “SOS  call failure”.

I took my recently bought BMW 335D to Grosvenor to get a full health check on it post purchase. I was glad I did as Ashley the mechanic who worked on my car sent me a video showing wear to brake reaction arm rubbers, a BMW fix for the steering rack knock  known BMW fault and also discussed with me the importance of matching tyre sets on the  X drive 4 wheel drive system as well as need for new front pads and disc which I knew about .Barry took me to the car and showed me the wear points and I was able to book the car in that day for the necessary work and borrow a courtesy car to get me home. These guys really know their BMW’s. I saved money from going to a main BMW dealership and future costs of transfer case wear / replacement and steering rack replacement by getting these timely jobs done. Will be using them in the future .

Extremely Happy With The Service Yet Again. Not Sure If Their Prices Can Be Beaten Anywhere Else In The UK From An Approved BMW Specialist And Not To Mention They Provide Courtesy Cars While Yours Is Being Repaired.  Great Service!! Great Friendly Bunch Of People!! Thumbs Up All Around.

Just had my M4 in for a major service today. Really great customer service from Georgina I think? She had her tongue pierced anyway. Second time I've used them and think they are far superior to Inchcape BMW. The price was ~£350 cheaper too. Would highly recommend and will be back for any maintenance on my car!

When yet another Mini main dealer let us down again, Grosvenor via Justin was so kind to have given us a call and help us fix our Mini. This company and its staff are simply the best. We are 115 miles away from them, against 14 miles to our nearest Mini dealer, both our cars will only be going to Grosvenor Motor Company from now on. They are that good  Thanks Justin

Excellent! My mini head unit was constantly rebooting. Software update has sorted the problem.  Thank you so much for such excellent service and also for washing and vacuuming my car too! Could not recommend more highly!

Wonderful service, a very honest dealership. I took my car in as it was running rough. They had it all day, and they sorted the problem with no charge as the manager Barry found the fault which he kindly said was easy to find.
