Borderline no care or responsibility
Summary: For anything more complex than a routine oil and filter change it probably would be worthwhile to get the work double checked
Whilst working on my car they broke a plastic retaining clip.
I was asked to come back top the service centre to get it checked by the service department.
First off they suggested that maybe the part was already missing prior to them starting work on the car No it was there the day prior as I checked, then they suggested thet maybe I broke it when I was checking their work, again no if I broke it the part would have been still in the car.
Then they said the part was not available individually and they would have to purchase a whole assembly and as it was a 10 year old car there was no point doing this.
After this I felt there was no point in pointing out that as the work required the battery to be disconnected they didn't bother to set the correct time on the clock  when it was reconnected and with Victorian school zones coming into force in the next few weeks this could have cost me my licence if I was relying on the clock in the car

Great staff, service and price. Very pleased with the past 5 services I've had performed on my Prius. I think it is worth driving across town to go here.

This place is a rip off. They mainly just check things on the service manual and charge you heaps. Any other issues they find they tell you at the end and to arrange another time and charge you a fortune. I won't be coming back here again.

Terrible service. I had to take the car back multiple time after a few difference services to have repairs re-repaired. Mainly a CV boot that repeatedly came off. A bash plate was removed with the aid of an angle grinder and bolts not put back in. Battery fluid levels were not checked. Greasable shackles not greased. I could go on and on.. will not go back even for the free coffee. Plus I will never buy another Toyota, but that’s a different review

I didn't get a chance to get ripped off by these guys like other reviewers, they won't answer their phones! And when they finally do, you get transferred to the service team's endless recorded loop.
