I went there on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm and it was out of electricity because of a maintanance ongoing through the street. Tony let me test two cars and I was very happy to accept their suggestion to get the one that fit me best. The sales guy offered a very good price and when we finished the deal it was already later than 6pm. Really good service. The next day I got my customer number and picked up the car. All done smoothly.
Absolutely rubbish! Stay away from them. Most of their cars are repaired defected. Claimed to be perfect condition but the paint work and repair are rubbish when you go check out the car. I was overseas and paid deposit of $1000 for a car I want. I asked so many times with the sales Andy to confirm whether the car including paintwork is factory and perfect condition with WeChat record. But when I arrived and was excited to go pick it up. The paint is not repaired while Andy, the sales told me a different story as he did not show me the photos of the paint damages and the repaired when I asked for before placing the deposit. So many damaged paint areas, front rear bumpers, side fender etc. Really dishonest ppl there, I bought a wrangler from them and it was good years ago so I thought they are still good in the business but turned out they are bunch of scammers. They claimed you can be refunded of the whole deposit if there is damage and whatever it is in the conditions of sale but they refused to refund and gave me two options. 1, only refunded me half of my deposit; 2, ask me to report to fair trading and wait for it. Disgusting dealer with absolutely no credibility.
An experienced dealer with excellent service provided by Alvin. Was given a warm welcome and honest advice. Appreciate the quick responses even during off hours, which make the purchase very easy.

Recently bought my dream car from Young Yang Liu at JJ Prestige. Even though I am located in WA and Melbourne was in lockdown, Young went over and above to assist me with making this purchase as simple and quick as possible. There were many times he had to commute back to his workplace just to assist me with this transaction. Nothing ever appeared to be a problem for him. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him as a competent, courteous and efficient Salesman to do business with. Once border restrictions ease, I may even travel over and pop in to actually meet the man who had made my dream come true. Thanks Young
