Easiest and most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had! Everyone I dealt with was genuine, honest and helpful. Not the experience you usually expect with car dealers. Nunawading Hyundai are great!

Do not buy a Hyundai. The customer service is atrocious. I have been fighting for over a year to have an issue fixed - an issue which is covered under warranty. What's the point of having a warranty? My brand new car arrived with damage and faults. The dealership had the car more than I did for the first two months of ownership and still didn't fix either issue. Tried another dealership at the recommendation of Hyundai Australia - this dealership also did not fix the issue. They will do updates etc - anything but actually fixing the issue. Mechanically, the i30 is pretty useless uphills and the gearbox leaves much to be desired. But it's a cheap car and you get what you pay for - you can overlook these things if the everything else worked as it should. And if the company backed their products with decent customer service and were honourable enough to fix things that don't work. The warranty is worth the paper it's written on. Such a horrible and frustrating experience.

Chris Wilson was super, got us a good deal on a Tucson. Everything promised, delivered. Service department also easy to deal with. Showroom looks like an old shed.
