The customer service in this store has been second to none on the 3 times I have been in there since moving from the East. Exceptional team who have been extremely obliging, courteous and happy. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
This morning I visited this store with two little ones in tow. Although they were little balls of energy, the staff were welcoming, helpful and overall made my experience enjoyable. Special shout out to Mark who provided outstanding customer service and managed to provide me with great pricing on an LG product along with useful information. We will be coming back for all our future purchases to support this family business!!

I bought my new Beko fridge from the team at Betta Port Kennedy and they were absolutely fantastic! Super friendly and helpful, so lovely to go somewhere that understands good customer service and can have a laugh with you at the same time! Ordered online yesterday, delivered today, staff at store checked availability, said would be delivered today. Was delivered today, delivery guy came with a smile.. Top service would definitely deal with them again.
I needed a dishwasher. Got a lot of good advice and a great price. Very happy. The shop looks smaller than most electrical stores of its type Harvey norman etc.., but is full of stuff inside. I will shop here in future.
