Super Happy that I made the decision to look around for a new air con. Spoke to Rachel, Kim and the owner Paul. All three staff members were exceptionally professional and provided a great service at an amazing price. I will definitely be looking at going down to this store, even if it's a 25-30 min trip as the pricing for their air cons and white goods are competitively matched. Looking forward to getting my aircon installed :

These guys have a lot of 5 star reviews already, and after an initial snag with the online ordering of a new air con unit, I got to experience fantastic service from the team shout out to Amy & Paul the driver to resolve my hiccup. Recently purchased some air-conditioners and installation from Betta Electrical Rockingham. Jayben the employee was incredibly helpful and thorough. Betta pay such an incredible customer service experience. They provide lots in insight into the products you are inquiring into and take it upon themselves to provide multiple quotes for you. They provide honest feedback about each of the quotes they provide too. I love shopping from Betta Electrical and well worth the trip living in Lynwood. Their service and friendly staff are unparalleled, I've never met an unkind or unhelpful employee there. Thank you for also including the install in my quote and helping me out with discussing the best financial options through a deposit and using a shop now pay later option. I can't speak more highly of Betta and will recommend them to all family and friends. Thank you!

Avoid if you can, poor customer service, communication and way too long wait times....actually still waiting 4 weeks later and still no information on estimated delivery. Do yourself a favour and avoid, don't get sucked in with free delivery con. Go else where.
Bought a TV from Rockingham Betta and asked the sales person to price check with jb hifi and was told the price was the same so I checked when I returned home and found that jb was selling the same TV for $50 less so the sales person clearly lied about the price. Will not use Betta again
Very friendly team, Paul is great, they have good old fashion Customer Service, rare find these days.
We're just going straight to these guys for anything electrical. Always giving me the best price they can and delivering quickly. I can ring Paul up and just say what's the best you can do around a certain budget and he's never failed to impress.
Brand new $500 washing machine, just stopped working during a load, after 4-5 weeks. Have to wait 2-3 weeks for Fisher and Paykel rep to come look at because under warranty! Wanted money back, won't do because "under warranty". No offer of a replacement until fixed. Having to use laundry mat. Not impressed. Tried to shop local, never again. No return phonecalls, I've had to call 4-5 times. Zero customer service when it comes to fixing or replacing. Stuck to cashies from now on, I would have money back or replacement on same day!
